President Lyndon B. Johnson (1963 - 68) and his beagles, Him and Her.

Amy Carter, daughter of Jimmy Carter (1977 - 81), hold her siamese cat, Misty Malarky Ying Yang.

President George H. W. Bush (1989 - 93) on the White House lawn with is springer spaniel, Millie. One of the puppies is Spot, President George W. Bush's dog, that lives at the White House today.
